We understand that every organisation has unique HR system integration requirements - so we've created multiple levels of integration, each offering a different set of capabilities. Our aim is to provide flexible options that can be tailored to your needs.

Each level of integration is carefully designed to ensure smooth interoperability between gradar and your HR system. With us, HR integration is not just an add-on, but a well-thought-out feature that enables organisations to manage their HR data effectively and efficiently.

Basic Integration

Provides a solid foundation for data synchronisation, enabling you to read employee data and locations from your HR system. This option allows you to assign employees to specific locations in gradar, ensuring consistent data mapping between the two systems.

Advanced Integration

Goes a step further by providing bi-directional data transfer. In addition to all the features of the basic integration, it allows you to write up to 14 standard information fields - such as job title, career path, grade and pay band - from gradar back to the employee profiles in your HR system. This option facilitates seamless synchronisation and improves data consistency between systems.

Premium Integration

Ideal for organisations looking for the ultimate integration experience if your HR system has job management capabilities such as those offered by SuccessFactors, Workday and others. This option enables you to read jobs from your HR system and write grades and other variables back to jobs, allowing you to efficiently manage job-specific information and maintain complete synchronisation between job profiles and employee records to support compensation analysis, gender-pay-gap reporting and compensation structuring.
