With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Rewards, I am passionate about helping organizations create and implement HR and Rewards strategies that align with their purpose, values, and culture. As the founder of Rewardwize, I assist clients across various industries and regions to become more attractive for candidates and employees, by developing their own unique HR and rewards philosophy, that truly reflects the organizations’ purpose and values, is perceived as credible and fair, enhances culture and engagement, and effectively improves results.
Prior to launching my own consulting business, I was the Regional Head of HR for Northern Europe at The Adecco Group, where I built fit-for-future HR capabilities throughout the region, covering 10 countries and over 10,000 employees. I led the design and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems, as well as the development and retention of talent, the promotion of diversity and inclusion, and the enhancement of employee relations. I also leveraged my previous experience as the Global Head of Rewards at Adecco Group, where I oversaw the global rewards strategy, governance, and operations for over 30,000 employees in 60 countries. I have extensive knowledge and skills in HR, rewards, employee engagement, and retention, as well as a global perspective and a collaborative approach.
