


What is the gradar Non-Profit Programme?
At gradar, we’re on a mission to make job evaluation accessible on a global scale to organisations of all shapes and sizes. That’s why we’ve turned the out-dated HR consulting model into a product-based software-as-a-service solution.
We charge licence fees - but we don’t take money from charities with fewer than 300 employees making a difference in the world. This is about helping worthy causes benefit from job architecture and rewards solutions previously unavailable to them.
Our Non-Profit Programme exists to help NGOs and NPOs use our revolutionary software in-house, free-of-charge and without the need for expensive consultants - all so they can continue to positively influence the communities they serve.
Enhance your gradar experience
gradar is designed to empower HR departments and bring job grading in-house, but we understand you might still need some professional guidance and support. That’s why we work closely with Talent Exchange, a people consultancy, shared service provider and innovative talent management platform based in the UK.
Talex is a team of HR consultants (set up as a Community Interest Company!) with years of experience supporting the voluntary sector. They align closely with our values and have a proven track record of allowing charities to access professional support and create more enriching careers for their staff at low cost.
You’ll get free software support from gradar as part of your licence, but Talex’s not-for-profit consultancy and talent management solutions can enhance your journey with technical guidance and frameworks co-designed with the sector.
Eligibility requirements
See if you qualify for our free-for-life license
More than anything, we want to help the small and the worthy. So, to join our Non-Profit Programme, you must be a registered nonprofit organisation with fewer than 300 employees and a minimum 50% of revenue from donations and legacies.
If you’re a larger NGO or NPO who doesn’t meet these requirements, you’ll still get a 20% discount on any edition of gradar. ‘Free-for-life’ eligible organisations who want to upgrade to our Enterprise Edition need only pay the difference between the two.
Please note, the following organisations aren’t eligible:
- Business and professional organisations
- Legislative or political organisations
- Churches, an association of churches, or other religious organisations
- Government offices
- Libraries and museums, unless financed exclusively by private donations
