We created gradar to build a better and more up-to-date job grading system compared to what our competitors built 25 to 60 years ago.
It was our intention from the beginning to focus development activities on our web based platform www.gradar.com and to offer an analytical job evaluation system faster and at a much lower rate than existing systems.
By following a non-proprietary approach, we’re teaming up with partners across the globe - especially independent compensation consultants - to facilitate job evaluation in any type and size of organisation.
We pride ourselves on setting a new trend in job evaluation for companies across the world, delivering a first-class service to our clients and implementation partners in over 15 languages.
