Carmen completed her BCom degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. She has obtained a wealth of experience while working in the United Kingdom in regional reward management roles for global organisations across multiple sectors, and has experience in various reward projects, such as global job evaluation and job architecture projects. Carmen has also been awarded her Chartered Reward Specialist accreditation through the South African Reward Association (SARA) and is a member of SARA’s International Mobility Group Committee.
